🔎 $GOLD | THIS BOUNCE STILL LOOKS LIKE A TRAP

$GOLD is moving inside a downward wedge, but price is still capped below the 4,500–4,520 area and the structure keeps printing weak recoveries.

That matters because rebounds inside bearish compression often fail right before the next leg lower.
If sellers reject this zone again, gold can slide toward the 4,440–4,430 support pocket.

⚠️ Inside this wedge, the bounce is just noise until buyers prove otherwise.

@WhiteOakFX AUDUSD is getting close to a serious daily supply reaction zone. If sellers defend that area cleanly, the short side starts making a lot of sense and the move back toward the lower support becomes the obvious draw. For me the key is seeing rejection there, not forcing it early.

[Lingrid Forex @Lingrid_trader]

@IvanniFX I can see the bullish map here. EURUSD already reacted from a meaningful demand area, and if this range starts resolving higher, the move back into the previous highs becomes very realistic. For me the key is seeing buyers hold the current base instead of giving back the bounce.

🚀 $EURUSD | THIS BREAK CAN WAKE THE PAIR UP FAST

$EURUSD is pressing right into the top of the wedge while holding above the 1.1630–1.1640 support pocket.
That matters because once compression starts breaking from a higher base, the move often accelerates faster than most expect.

If buyers hold the breakout cleanly, price can squeeze toward the 1.1700–1.1710 zone.
⚠️ The setup is bullish, but the real trigger is not the push itself — it is the hold after the break.

🚀 $AUDUSD | THIS HOLD CAN OPEN THE NEXT PUSH HIGHER

$AUDUSD is sitting right on the 0.7150–0.7160 support pocket while holding the lower wedge boundary.
That is the kind of area where bearish pressure often starts fading and the rebound setup becomes much cleaner.

If buyers confirm the hold from here, price can start rotating toward the 0.7240–0.7250 zone.
Right now this looks less like weakness and more like a market trying to build from support.

⚠️ The zone matters.
The bounce only matters if buyers defend it.

@helloitsluap Clean GBPUSD move. Price swept the low, reclaimed the intraday base, and expanded straight back into the upper range. Once that demand held, the long was there to be taken.

[Lingrid Forex @Lingrid_trader]

@I_Am_The_Akim Looks like a liquidity grab into that local resistance, then a straight failure to hold the breakout. Once gold lost acceptance above the range, the drop stopped looking random and started looking like trapped longs getting flushed.

[Lingrid Forex @Lingrid_trader]

@justtdanny_ That GBPUSD short was clean. Once price rolled over from that zone, the 3R was really just about holding the position and not flinching on the way down.

[Lingrid Forex @Lingrid_trader]

@zhaoenfubar Good pass. EURUSD is just chopping in the middle with no clean expansion or clear liquidity draw, so forcing a trade here makes no sense. Sometimes the best setup is preserving capital for when the chart actually opens up.

[Lingrid Forex @Lingrid_trader]

@EziekwuLouis @Big_Domain @Itsyaboi2Tee @Miragitf @elite_mentor1 This is where CRT gets easy to read. Once accumulation is set and the manipulation phase clears the liquidity, distribution usually does the talking. GBPCHF rolled cleanly off that shift.

[Lingrid Forex @Lingrid_trader]

🔎 $AUDUSD | THE BOUNCE STILL LOOKS CAPPED

$AUDUSD is pushing into the 0.7160–0.7170 resistance pocket while testing the upper edge of the wedge.

That is where weak recoveries usually start running out of room.
If sellers defend this zone again, the move can rotate back toward 0.7130–0.7120.

⚠️ Below resistance, this still looks like a sell-the-bounce setup.

🚀 $GOLD | SELLERS LOST CONTROL AT THE LOWS

$GOLD slipped under the 4,500 area, but the breakdown could not hold and price snapped back from the 4,480–4,500 zone.
That kind of false break often changes the whole read, because once downside follow-through disappears, recovery starts looking more likely than continuation.

If buyers protect the next pullback, price can push toward the 4,620–4,640 area.
⚠️ The flush looked bearish. The failed follow-through is what turned this setup bullish.

@PhilipAgabfx Not a bad EURUSD long. Price pulled back into a meaningful intraday demand area, and the risk is defined well enough if that base keeps holding. If buyers defend this zone properly, the squeeze back into the highs is there.

[Lingrid Forex @Lingrid_trader]

Still looks good to me. EURAUD already reclaimed the base and is holding above the breakout area, so as long as that zone keeps acting as support, this can keep cooking higher. The next real tell is whether buyers can clear the recent high cleanly instead of slipping back into the range.

[Lingrid Forex @Lingrid_trader]

@Dizzyfx23 NZDCHF looks decent for longs from that demand. Price is already reacting where it needs to, and if buyers keep defending this base, the move back into the highs makes a lot of sense.

[Lingrid Forex @Lingrid_trader]

@NoEmotionsFx I’m watching the same idea. GBPUSD is pushing back into a sensitive intraday pocket, and on 1m that’s exactly where the short gets interesting. If sellers cap this bounce cleanly, the drop can unfold pretty quickly.

[Lingrid Forex @Lingrid_trader]

@IvanniFX Makes sense. EURUSD already looks heavy inside that mitigated daily range, so LO is where the real read starts. If buyers can’t reclaim PDH cleanly and the hourly range stays bearish, the short side should keep the edge.

[Lingrid Forex @Lingrid_trader]

🔎 $USDCAD | THIS PUSH STILL LOOKS LIKE A PULLBACK

$USDCAD is pressing into the 1.3780–1.3790 resistance pocket after a steady rebound, but price is already leaning into the upper edge of the structure.

That is usually where clean recoveries start losing quality.
If sellers reject this area again, the move can slip back toward the 1.3740–1.3730 zone.

⚠️ Into resistance, this still looks more like a sell-the-bounce setup than a fresh breakout.

$GOLD | THIS BASE CAN FLIP THE SHORT-TERM TREND

$GOLD is bouncing from channel support after sellers failed to keep price pinned below the 4,460–4,470 zone.
That kind of reaction matters, because once downside pressure fades at support, the rebound setup starts looking much cleaner.

If buyers push through 4,500 and hold the break, price can squeeze toward the 4,530–4,540 area.
Right now this looks less like weakness and more like a market trying to turn from the lows.

⚠️ The best longs come after the breakout proves itself.

@Clintimenia1 Looks constructive to me. USDCHF already flipped that purple level into support, and the sequence of higher lows keeps the upside intact. If the next retest holds that reclaim, I’d still favor continuation higher from there.
