@trulyyblu Absolutely not. Especially if they don't do more content. 14 and wow release a metric tonne of content each year, d2 only ever released peanuts each year compared. And if that pattern held in d3, it would be DOA.
@RivetCoyote It'll never be updated again, but what is there is quite decent and you'll have a good time with it!
Be happy to help with anything you'd like to try!
@CodyChaSsE That said, I'm not sure if T5's are still bound to your power level or not like they used to be a few months ago.
Some dungeons and raids are also farmable (rotator ones specifically) that are guarunteed t5's, and some of those sets are just straight up powerful.
@CodyChaSsE Depends entirely what set you want.
If you don't care, there's some decent neutral style ones in the Vanguard ops focusing menus, as well as decent stuff from Distortions. The solstice set is a good solar option. If you felt like doing Renegades stuff, Thriving Survivor is good.
@Standupmoko tractor has better ammo econ. fafnir just eats half of your current reserves to activate it's perk, and has shit for charge time and reload. imo it's doa until that particular activation fee is changed. tractor for close up, use a tether otherwise.
I recently started a new toon, & it currently yells at you to do your job stuff after a certain point, well before lvl 47. I don't know how oblivious you need to be to avoid them now, but this was stupid. I'm not sure whether I wanted to lecture, advise, or report for griefing.
There needs to be iLvl and job enforcement on lvl'ing dungeons in ARR. Seeing a CNJ in the leveling roulette w/ no accessories (just had glamour/style accessories, nothing with stats), and straight up missing hand and foot armor in a level 47 dungeon and can't heal cause of it
And when I say can't heal, like literally can't keep up with healing on a single group pull, not even a large wall to wall stretch.
And I did mean CNJ. They hadn't done their job quests. So no Holy, no Cure2 or 3, no POM, no Regen. Only CURE. Like no shit he couldn't keep up.
@Brendzun I've usually seen these land on healers after the tanks die. The fact it landed on you just means your DPS was insanely highly, and everyone was doing mechanics mostly correct so they required minimal healing. The only thing that could have avoided this is your tanks not dying.
@JohnTitorVT I mean, everything in the sense they lined out was just having logged in during each release period, not necessarily played everything. IMO it would have been better if they awarded this to everyone who played every Expac and Red War.
