We're super thrilled to welcome @thibault_formal as Member of the Technical Staff, to lead our Research efforts.

Thibault was previously a researcher at @naverlabseurope , where he notably developed SPLADE, a landmark model in information retrieval that redefined sparse vector representations for search.

At Linkup, the quality of our search results shapes what AI agents know and do.
Thibault joins us to build our research pole from the ground up, pushing the frontier of web search for AI
