Been wanting to make a long "MOVIE" type of video from my old series for some time, and seeing @TuffPlayz do it with his pinch series made me commit to the idea. Thanks for the inspiration!
@franticcartoon Only thing I hate about it is the UI and all the wasted space on it, wish it was more customizable also. Premiere UI is superior for sure.
@franticcartoon Davinci feels more intuitive to me in a lot of ways, like a hybrid of Vegas & Premiere. Love the feature of having keyframes right on the timeline, it's so good. And other workflow things that are really convenient. Still somewhat awkward with it but I'm getting into it more.
@JerryTGarretson ...so you still need to think ahead of time even with the indicator. It 'would' eliminate situations where you're not sure if it'll spawn in 1 or 2 seconds, but I feel like that'll just make for more fast and fluid rotations, improving the quality of gameplay overall, if anything
Hearing about Flip Reset & Boost Respawn indicators coming to Rocket League, and seeing a lot of backlash.
I don't really see the issue tbh. I've always welcomed the idea of more indicators. Leaves less stuff up to guessing and chance, and adds clarity to the game's mechanics.
@JerryTGarretson I get where you and many others are coming from, but I disagree that it eliminates the need to pay attention. RL is a very fast-paced game, and knowing when & where boost has been picked up is still gonna be crucial to predicting where you might wanna be in 10 seconds.
this has been one of the coolest projects we've worked on, love the idea of involving different cultures & languages from across the world, especially highlighting countries that don't usually get that much love.
