@AmazonHelp I received this as a gift. The entire issue is that the refund was sent to the sender and not the receiver. I returned the product in order to reorder the correct size. I was told refund would be processed as a gift card and can reorder. You refunded the seller TWICE!
@AmazonHelp@AmazonHelp I asked Amazon to resubmit the refund to the correct account and it failed. I’m now being told I will have to wait 72 more hours for it to be escalated.
@AmazonHelp I’ve returned an item received from a registry (due to incorrect size) and continuously get the wrong size resent to my house. I’ve requested a return for Amazon credit so I can just repurchase the correct size and Amazon refunded the gift giver (2 weeks after it was mailed).
