Happiness is a innovative team filled with motivated people who you can laugh with and have a potential breakdown cry/therapy session while you're at it! <3 #LogoDesign#crazy8#Notio2022#Digitaalinenmuotoilu
Well, I've now done this for 1,5 months and the stress and anxiety is all gone, even though I've received even more tasks to accomplish. It really helps me to see everything on paper and it gives great satisfaction to tick of stuff that I've gotten done ✔️
Time management! Wish I had learned this sooner, my high-school times would have been a breeze.
I'm enrolled in a design office simulation course, where we have 3 projects, 3 workshops, where in each I have 3 different groups that all have a lot of assignments to do.
I drew a biiiiig calendar on a A3 sized paper and wrote down all the deadlines and assignments that have to be done on a specific day for me to get everything done in time.
Feeling inspired by this team is an understatement. We have learned so much and I'm so proud of us all. I've noticed that I have many of the character traits that are super useful in project management. 2 weeks of this project and then we are DONE! #uiux#projectmanagement
We are developing an app with seven women, Finnish, Austrian and Estonian. I'm our teams project manager and the feeling I get when I see one of my team members overcome personal work insecurities or experience success is hard to describe.
Currently doing a course in the history of information and digitalisation. Can't help but think that this should be taught in every school. The earlier kids learn about this, the better they can navigate the world wide web. #NotAllinformationIsKnowledge#Mattelart
Think about the last 5 people you were texting with. Are they helping you achieve the changes that you want and are they making you feel good about yourself?
The people you spend the most time with are really important, because behaviour is contagious. #behavior#psychology
The state of the world today is understandably worrying Finnish people a lot, so here are some very basic tips from a Digital design and neuropsychology student:
Are you spending a lot of time on your phone, just scrolling through social media or different news outlets?
If you feel like you are unable to put your phone down, there are ways you can minimize negative affects:
-You can put your screen in only black and white mode.
-Read websites only on simple view mode, where it shows you only the text displayed on the page.
It is more dangerous to drive and use your phone (hands-free or not), then to drive while drunk. Going in to the nature cures this brain overload that we get from our digital devices and helps in "resetting
our senses".
First week in school and we are researching attention. How "#multitasking" affects our brains and what are the consequences of constantly paying attention to many things at once #Dimu#Digitaldesign
