My spring course evaluation is coming out today, seems most of them were loving how I structured and lecture all the materials. It is a big relieve that my efforts were recognized!
I am co organizing the sodium ion batteries symposium in ECS fall this year, we are call for abstract……
Coming in Chicago with us, it will be so much fun……the deadline for abstract is March 28
Thank you to the NSF for supporting a student in presenting his research at the 2024 Duke materials symposium. Great collaboration with Dr. Linqin Mu @LinqinMu
Our collaborative work is online, it is also my First JACS paper that we fight for a while to get it accepted. We studied how the chemistry and structure develop during electrochemical ion exchange through advanced characterization techniques.

Congrats to all the co-authors! It was a nice collaboration with Christina! rapid synthesis is an promising strategy to develop affordable battery materials!
Wait! You work on oxides? Yes, check out our work with the @LinqinMu group @ASU. We synthesize NaxCoO2s by #microwave heating, study their formation with in situ #RamanSpectroscopy, and discuss their performance as cathodes in Na-ion #batteries. #battchat
