@Shurgard not sure why you charge a full month after our contract ended. This is dishonest and frankly disappointing to be told you don’t issue refund. 166 pounds wrongly charged. You need to fix this now !
@bySTORED bad customer service. I keep chasing with no response. Each time the product delivered is partial or completely wrong. Reach back out to me asap, i am beyond patience now..

@monese why do you block access randomly to people's account. It's been 6 weeks, and you still accept money in! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! AND CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT.
Avoid @UrbanDecay customer service at all costs. They lie to you giving you false hope that your broken item will be replaced within 3 days when in reality it is 14 days!
I have never been spoken to like this while the only thing I did was to try and buy the #borntorunpalett.
Awful customer service in UK. After receiving a broken palette, manager is rude and agents are incompetent plus I'm being spoken like I am stupid?! Pack your goods better and treat your clients better: Jason and Alhaji, I want my money back! #UrbanDecay
