Terminally ill people have been let down by the handful of Peers blocking the assisted dying Bill.
This fight isn't over - parliamentarians must deliver on the will of MPs and the public.
LETA POWELL DRAKE was a Nebraskan celebrity interviewer who in her 1970's & 1980's pomp more often than not left her subjects staring wide-eyed in disbelief at what the fuck she’d just said.
If those astronauts go around the moon and can find no trace of Lisa Stansfield’s baby then I really think that’s it, we’ve exhausted all lines of enquiry

We’re so close to 100,000 signatures, just one final push!
This petition means so much to me. I took it on for Nathanial Dye, who sadly passed away before it even launched. I only wish he could have seen the incredible support it’s received.
We’re currently at 99,580 signatures, just a few hundred more to reach 100k!
If you haven’t already, please sign and share. Every single signature helps. Thank you all so much for all of the support, it truly means the world. Let’s get this over the line for Nathanial 💚

100,000 people signing this petition is a powerful warning to Westminster: the public will not accept dying people being ignored while a handful of unelected peers talk this Bill out https://t.co/NwYRdIvtUK
Dame Prue Leith condemns the “obvious obstruction” by Peers blocking the assisted dying Bill.
An unelected minority must not be able to thwart the will of the people and their elected representatives.
In today's @NewStatesman, @AnthonyHorowitz reflects on his mother’s death from pancreatic cancer and asks a simple question: why can’t we choose when to die?
He argues assisted dying is about dignity, autonomy and trusting people with their own lives.

@RadioTimes are you aware that your subscribers aren't receiving issues? I've an elderly relative with a gift subscription. She's not received an issue in 6 weeks. Your subs dept promised courier delivery four times, now, and still nothing. https://t.co/hxU9AQEVoQ
Lord Winston, who has done so much medically for so many people, is spot on when he surmises that it'd be wrong for those of faith to impose their views on assisted dying on people of other faiths or no faith. Bishops beware! Hold your own views but don't force them on others.
