@Un1d_ 1st stock you should not back rise against ingrid that's 1 stock of a bad decision

2nd and 3rd stock Guile will be in range to react with lvl 1 to her stock charge, if she back dash he can bazooka knee to be in range with keeping the charge

3 newcomers and a guest is just wrong, it genuinely disappointed a lot of players who were looking for their mains to return even losing hope for next seasons.

You can easily balance it out by adding 2 returning 1 newcomer and 1 guest everyone would be happy.

@RushdownX @JH_Maxninja true, some characters don't have a tight ones without resources or some don't have at all (I'm not sure just being told that)

also u can use regular amnesia on reaction to counter raw di if u r not in range to throw it so it's really useful

I wonder why ingrid's amnesia is worse than JP's

1. it's not escape from safe jumps
2. it doesn't have combo follow up
3. regular version doesn't counter DI
4. It doesn't switch sides

the only upside of ingrid's amnesia it counters projectiles but lose to meaty fb and supers.
