@OtitoNosike Iโve eaten in different places around the world. Tacos is tacos, feijoada is feijoada, soju is soju, akara is akara. There is no reason to coin an English name for it. That name change is erasing an important part of the food history.
@QHVZYMY This is sounding more like a clickbait because what do you mean you canโt design and build this because of physical planning law? Only to say the reason is โsetbacksโ, really?
@legal_padi I did due diligence on a land recently. Checked the record in lands, SG and planning. Turns out it was allocated as a buffer zone from the lagoon. I advised them not to buy, but they went ahead anyways. Now they cannot get development approvals and theyโre asking what to do.
@KKenttimo@sirfolajomi No, there are other places outside Lagos. Lagos govt cannot just free up the land knowing the peculiarity of Lagos and the banking that goes with it.
China built a $20 billion oil refinery in Nigeria
Western nations kept Nigeria dependent, refining it abroad, and selling it back to them.
Now Nigeria is exporting refined gasoline.
This is what economic sovereignty looks like.

@MTN180@MTNNG I subscribed 6gig of data this morning and everything finished within 2 hours without instagram, netflix or any heavy download. I have attached the screenshots for your agent.
@AheadAB_@T___Banky@oluwaseun_alaka Those shops as cheap as you would think it is arenโt assessible to many traders. I had a research on market redevelopment in Lagos and one insight is that once markets are redeveloped, original shop owners mostly cannot afford it. It is common across every redeveloped market.
Spirituality as the only explanation is a way of absolving responsibility and blaming something external. This not the first time theyโll do that. The effrontery is not spiritual, it comes from doing the same thing over and over again.
'Spirituality is the only explanation for what he did.'
