Police cars passing by without intervening..

This morning, I woke up to countless messages asking if I’m okay. This shouldn’t be the reality after attending a football match. It’s heartbreaking to see this in what I consider my city.. And as always, the deafening silence follows (Ajax fans, Amsterdam residents, Dutch people). These double standards continue to make Europe an unsafe place for Jews. And yet, people still question why we feel the need for our own homeland.
