@united Strikes again. I started my trip at midnight Seattle time, heading to Jackson, MS. I am on hour 28 with no sleep because flight from Houston was rerouted to LA due to weather. How are other flights getting into MS and we’re still here FIVE hours later? 🤔

[Amy Lipko @LipkoAmy]

@united Thank you to The gate agent, Ashley & team in Jackson who worked her tail off for the people flying flight 4003 today.

@united Gate agent came out shortly after this tweet. Apparently maintenance issue sent plane back to Houston. My app still isn’t showing updated info.

Rally @united ? You’re app, website and gate board all day flight will leave “on time” at 2:05 -yet it’s 2:02 and we haven’t even boarded yet. If only there was a gate agent here to assist us. #Disappointing

Please read this thread. Institutionalising children causes profound psychological trauma. The US rightly outlawed orphanages for this reason. Interning children away from their parents is to deliberately and knowingly harm them. https://t.co/yvBsB3kQms
