JHB hands Edward Argar MP (staggeringly, a health minister) his ass on a plate. There have been just 307 COVID-19 deaths of people under 60 with no underlying health issues. Why is the “gold standard” BBC and other mainstream media not jumping up and down all over this?
The Government has got itself into a Covid trap that it can't get out of, because doing so would be to admit it was wrong. This is why we will go into lockdown 2. There is no other reason

ONS figures say only 1% of deaths in the week ending September 11th had Covid as a factor. We cannot lock down again, it is utterly disproportionate. #SayNoToLockdown
Latest from ONS: Of the deaths registered in Week 37 (w/e Sept 11), 99 mentioned "novel coronavirus (COVID-19)", accounting for 1.0% of all deaths in England/Wales. 2nd lowest no. of deaths involving COVID-19 since Week 12; increase of 21 deaths v Week 36 (26.9% increase).
This is what concerns me so much (from the ONS).
Excess deaths below average in hospitals, but well above average in homes.
Are people seeking the medical help they need for illnesses that aren't Coronavirus? I'd like to hear @BorisJohnson address that today.

So working on the doomsday doubling of infections each week, it transpires, given that rate of infections, by 29th December, there would be 50,176,000 people infected in this country, that's nearly everyone! That does account for exponential growth.
Crazy to use that scenario.
Bill Cash is bang on the money and absolutely right to highlight the hypocrisy of the EU's outrage over the Internal Market Bill.
They flout the rules whenever it suits them and cry foul when for once it's not going their way!
I've seen so much nasty and personal abuse thrown at some of my friends and colleagues who signed the letter yesterday.
If they want to call me every name under the sun, that's fine but don't involve the others.
Personal abuse is unnecessary and only polarises the debate.
