What frustrates me is I don't think P4 needed a remake the way P3 did. Like yeah this game looks good, but it's not going to change hardly anything from golden. Exception being maybe new side quests and finishers. Idk I'm just not hyped about this one bit and I wish there was-
Hamaguchi confirms in the new Denfamico interview for FF7 Revelation that Zack will indeed appear again in Part 3 and will have even more screentime than Part 2. Through Zack, the idea of multiple timelines is conveyed to the player.
Hamaguchi says the following:
-There are parts in the story where Zack indeed will appear or other guest characters will join as playable characters temporarily.
-Zack is a character whose role is to convey that the world and setting are a little different than the original version.
-There are elements that differ between the OG and Remake series. In the previous game, we showed multiple timelines. However, if they just said it outright, it wouldn't be as cool, Zack helps the player understand that through his role in the game.
-He plays an even larger role in Part 3 and will bring an even more important gaming experience to the player.
His voice is way too deep man I just ...like I'll admit he's doing his best attempt and it's getting there, but I still hear the deepness of his voice. This is def going to be something that has to grow on me the more I hear it.
@Danny2xpng Omfg this is such a bad faith take because Jax is in the wrong. This entire time with Ribbit was a time lapse. SHE EVEN GAVE SPACE IN THE FUCKING TIME LAPSE DID THEY WATCH WITH THEIR EYES CLOSED?!
@ZealousRunner_7 I didn't say he didn't have a deep voice, my point is that Travis' voice just feels too deep. Like there is slight bite of gravel in it. Comparing it to George Newbern and Tyler Haechlin don't have that deep gravel. Like you can tell Travis is attempting to hold it back.
I.....really don't know how I feel about this only because the man has been typecasted for so long as the big burly hero man that I just can't see him playing anything elegant. Most of his characters have been outbursty. Anyone have an example of him sounding even remotely close?
Its confirmed that Sephiroth's VA Tyler Hoechlin (Remake, Rebirth) will not be reprising his role in Final Fantasy VII Revelations.
Instead, it looks like Travis Willingham will be voicing him in the final game in the trilogy. (Via @maximilian_)
After watching the movie, I'm like really close to believing he is more complex than half the people give him credit for. Complex doesn't necessarily mean hard to understand, it just means he has a web of beliefs that make him feel human.
A teenager. Granted I can see why people think he's obnoxious because I was that teen he is. His character reminds me of the worst cringe of myself. I think that is plenty complex and hits home, I grew out of that past of me, he unfortunately doubles down and projects what was-
@CatFosterers Trust I have, It just doesn't sit right with me? Like I get your points of Roy mustang but his voice for him is a very passionate man. Ever time he talks it has a gusto to it. Everytime sephiroth talks it should be soft spoken. Sephiroths first voice is what I'm mostly basing off
