1. Review the 72 hrs. It’s unfair and impractical for the surcharge to come within 3 days as opposed to 28 days.
2. Issue a notice on what roads qualify highways, dual carriage, city center roads with corresponding limits.
3. Give an allowance of atleast 5 km on top of the limit. It’s unfair to issue a penalty for someone driving at 31km/hr in a 30 km/hr zone.
4. Put humps in the 30km/hr zones.
5. Provide clear signage on where the cameras are and the limits that apply.
6. Update the UPF mobile app for the public to check for penalties against number plates. Issuing penalties against TINs is impractical.
7. Review the revenue sharing agreement otherwise Ugandans are not amused that they are paying a private firm what should go to government.
8. Enforcement on Boda bodas.

@UmemeLtd powers has been unstable in kiyanja along tula road from 8 pm yesterday till now, all electrical appliances nothing is working not even a charger, its on and off in a space of 5 seconds. Raised a complaint in the morning its now 5 nothing has been done. #Incompetence
