The latest Nightcap is out! 🌙 /ES reclaimed its 50 and 15min 200 SMA today — a solid reversal from Monday's rejection — but it's still coiling under its 8EMA. /NQ remains the laggard, chopping around near its 8EMA, but showed potential for a turnaround today. CPI drops tomorrow morning — that's the real needlemover worth waiting for before sizing up.

Now that LeBron is on the Sixers, we can focus on more important things. Today, /ES rejected its 15min 200sma & lost its attempt to reclaim its daily 8/20/50ma. We had a gravestone doji into the close, which could be a nice bear trap setup. Let's see if tomorrow brings a nice failed breakdown.

$AAPL is lobbying the Trump administration for clearance to buy memory chips from China’s CXMT, per FT.

CXMT is on the Pentagon’s Chinese Military Company blacklist, but Apple is seeking relief.

Worth noting: even if Apple gets clearance, it’s unclear how much this helps if CXMT capacity is already tight and largely absorbed by China demand.
