I’ve done a lot of reflecting over the past few weeks. One thing I realized is that I’ve been stuck in the same cycle as last year, getting funded, running accounts up a few thousand, and then blowing them in a day or two.

Recently, I’ve been training my mind to not stress about the numbers on the screen. What’s been most disappointing isn’t the losses themselves, it’s honestly been those days I’ve had to sit on the sidelines with no account to trade, simply because I overleveraged the day before. It really makes me think… what if I had just stayed disciplined or simply not overleveraged like a buffoon? Who knows how much progress I could’ve made by now.

But I truly believe every trader goes through this stage before their breakthrough, that moment when something clicks and you finally say, I’m done doing stupid stuff.

So, I’m starting fresh with one account, $0 balance, and one goal. Don't blow an account in less than 2 weeks, maybe a whole month, however I truly believe the rest will work itself out once I lock in and my discipline. Back to the basics we go.

This will be the XFA that takes me to a live account with @Topstep. I don’t care how long it takes. I know my discipline will outwork the old trader in me.

I might lose some followers because my PnL won’t be flashy or impressive, but that’s okay. I want to document the journey to true profitability. I’ve made my thousands and run up accounts, but personally, becoming a disciplined, consistent trader... that's the ultimate goal.
