@kenblackwell Illegal votes are usually small in number and mostly cast in error. Even Trump judges found 0 evidence of voter fraud on a scale that would affect election results. Voter ID laws are meant to repress poor voters who are largely Democrat, a disproportionate number of whom are POC.
