@VeryHelp2026 Hi I’ve done so, essentially item not delivered ,contacted evri ,not had anything back, I have video evidence no one entered my driveway that day ,the photo they’ve provided is not my home ,called very and was told they’d re send , email /my account shows they recharged me !
Can you share mail I can send complaint to ? Been in 2 calls both an hour long due to item
Not being delivered (with proof) and your customer service team charge me again and resend !! Genius !
