Repudio total a los camaristas Delio Vera y Bibiana Benítez, quienes con un fallo aberrante blindaron al senador corrupto Hernán Rivas.

Rivas no es abogado. Sin embargo, gracias a esta decisión, este delincuente puede volver al Jurado de Enjuiciamiento de Magistrados, e incluso llegar a presidir este órgano constitucional.

No hay dudas: los camaristas evitaron el juicio oral, es decir eligieron cerrar el caso antes de que se produzca la prueba y se expongan públicamente los hechos graves imputado y acusado por el Ministerio Público.

También es claro que aquí hubo una cadena de responsabilidades: primero, la Fiscalía facilitó la impunidad al no imputar en tiempo y forma la producción del título falso; y luego, los camaristas terminaron de consumarla con este fallo dejando impune el uso del título falso de abogado para integrar el JEM.

Paraguay, una maquina para producir impunidad.
