Women's participation in motorsports is generally low across the world. To promote women's participation in the sport, the government sponsored four all-women crews in the 2023 and 2024 Safari Rallies.

This afternoon, I was honored to meet the founder of Chui Racing Team and the Lioness Rally, Ms Lisa Christoffersen who was one of the lady drivers.

Ms Christoffersen is raring to go in the 2025 Safari Rally and is also seeking a partnership with us to hold an all-female rally and a fashion show in Turkana County in May. The two events aim to raise funds for charity.

@SafaricomPLC It is very unfortunate that Safaricom disconnected and cut my phone off today!!

I am absolutely furious that nobody from Safaricom’s credit team sent me an email or bothered to send a SMS to me, but just disconnected me with no prior knowledge!

By @SafaricomPLC disconnecting me, I could not even use my M-PESA, which meant I had to drop everything I was doing, cancel meetings and drive to The Village Market to withdraw cash from the bank, go to Safaricom and stand in line for over 35 minutes before I got attended.
