@oldenoughtosay Fried eggs. NZ English native speaker. In NZ your options are scrambled, poached or fried. Never heard of flipping a fried egg. Was in Japan and we had a confusing moment when I asked for translation of Japanese term and they said “over easy” and I had no idea what it meant.
