@Tesco £120 off account today when getting petrol, aware standard for pay at pump, however still taken £120 off and not readjusted for the actual £25.02 spent on petrol. Bank says you need to sort, your website says bank needs to sort. Who does sort this as I am caught in middle

#BBCQuestionTime your question "does the nurses strike show government failure or a government battling for tax payer" Nurses pay tax, therefore tax payers, we are not tax exempt. Unclear if the question is just to cause division and put people against the nurses.

@DPDgroup_news frustrated, dpd keep promising to call & deliver my parcel, shock horror nothing. Pretending to take ownership and then not resolving the problem. I have a parcel at the depot in Edinburgh waiting, 6 calls to cust ser and guess what parcel still at depot. Help!

@Superdry imagine my surprise to have ordered a wind cheater, thinking I was getting it in the sale from £84.99 to £59.49, when it arrives and the price tag on the jacket states £41.99 with no reduction marked.........not great is it!!
