In 10 days, I am taking my story from Alberta to Ottawa.
I’ve been selected to speak on Day 1 of The Allison Inquiry and I’m taking everything i have lived through over the past 5 years directly to the national stage.
Living with permanent facial paralysis since 2021 has made one thing undeniably clear to me: centralized federal programs completely fail local needs.
Healthcare delivery is natively provincial, yet topdown frameworks leave everyday people falling through the cracks.
We don't need distant bureaucracy telling us what works,we deserve localized, accessible support and real institutional transparency.
I’m stepping up to speak for our vaccine injured community, for everyone fighting for accountability, and for every family that has felt ignored by the system.
The countdown starts today.
@HMcPhersonNDP What a weak post. Name calling and false accusations are all you have to convince your voters to stay in Alberta.
None of you will debate the issues because your arguments to stay will never stand up to the arguments for leaving Canada.
BREAKING - I just finished an interview with a major media outlet.
Some reporters still ask relevant questions.
The topic was SMITH’s latest flip flop and her announcement that the anti-democratic SMITH WILL NOT PERMIT a binding referendum in the spring when Alberta Independence wins the referendum to have a vote.
We now get to send a message to Smith as well as Ottawa when we vote for a process for Alberta Independence.
I told them that :
1. This demonstrates that Smith thinks she will lose the October Vote.
2. Smith thinks she will lose the spring vote.
3. Anybody who believed that Smith was ever going to let us have a vote in 2027 is a sucker.
(@ikwilson and others owe me a beer and an apology, I have been saying that there was no way in hell that Smith would allow a 2027 vote since she announced her phoney question.)
4. Carney using Keystone XL and Alberta Oil exports as a bargaining chip for protection of the Saputo Quebec dairy monopoly demonstrates everything wrong with Alberta interests being subjugated by Ottawa in trade negotiations
.
5. That Smith’s entire strategy of debasing herself and by extension Alberta by grovelling to Carney has been a complete failure.
6. Alberta will never be free of Ottawa if people do not admit that Alberta will NEVER achieve independence with SMITH as leader of the UCP.
7. Anybody who still supports SMITH and refuses to criticize her by name is intellectually dishonest, cowardly, and an impediment to Alberta Independence.
Interesting days ahead!
ALBERTA WILL BE FREE
@DarinClou64537@cnm5000 You're acting like a Liberal. We need to stay united until Oct 19th & your behavior is not helping. Conservatives always destroy from within. The event on the 29th should show strength & unity not petty infighting. Perhaps you should lead with unity & stop promoting division!
Westside Recreation Centre has unveiled a $180M+ expansion.
Its board has committed just $10M - 5.6% of the cost.
That leaves $170M+ gap. Its “ideal scenario” is for the City of Calgary to become the lead funder.
A grand plan without first finding funding to pay for it.
No.
@LetABDecide Why are you talking about leaving our children and grandchildren a better province? I did not stand in the cold & collect signatures to have a better province. Curious, how many signatures did you & Tanya collect? How many miles did you travel to talk to grassroots Albertans?
“Poul Thorsen, one of the key scientists whose research is used to “prove” that vaccines do not cause autism has been charged with 22 counts of fraud, including falsifying reports on vaccines.”
While immigrants are being given free benefits, healthcare, housing, and driving brand new vehicles, this elderly Canadian woman is standing at the side of the road in Calgary holding a sign saying that she’s willing to clean houses for groceries.
If this doesn’t infuriate you, I don’t know what will.
Big independence rally in Edmonton this weekend.
Unfortunately, I can't make this one, I have other plans that had been in the works for a long time.
There's going to be others I'm sure.
I am bringing my proven permanent COVID-19 vaccine injury to Parliament Hill in Ottawa on day 1 of the Allison inquiry, September 8th. More importantly I am bringing the truth that so many Canadians have been forced to carry in silence.
We were coerced, we stepped up when told to and when injury stripped away our health the systems designed to protect us looked the other way!
We need immediate accountability, transparency and real medical and financial support. Sharing my story under oath on Parliment Hill is about making sure our experiences are on the official record and impossible to ignore.
The silence ends now.
Canadians who suffered life altering COVID-19 vaccine injuries were promised a safety net, but the federal vaccine injury support program has been proven to be a bureaucratic maze defined by endless delays and inadequate support. When citizens step up for what is promoted as the public good there is a fundamental duty of care if harm occurs. Federal failures have left injured Albertans struggling to access long-term care specialized treatments and basic financial stability.
Alberta needs to step up where Ottawa has fallen short! Establishing an independent, Alberta lead ,vaccine injury support program would ensure local oversight, faster access to medical care and meaningful financial assistance for families left in limbo.
The injured who stepped forward for help deserve accountability, compassion, and a system that actually supports them when things go wrong.
