I’m noticing so much frustration, numbness, anger & shoutiness on this platform & elsewhere. Such polarities are heightened by the UK election. What qualities can best transform the world so as to give life and feed the hungry? Inner stillness, outer community, mutual respect? ⚓️

Word of the Day (because it’s about time) is ‘respair’, from the 16th century. It means fresh hope, and a recovery from despair. One of too many lost positives we could do with bringing back.
