BREAKING: Tamara Lich sentenced to 12 months house arrest followed by 3.5 months of curfew.

She is sentenced to an 18 month conditional sentence minus credit for her time served.

22/ Judge: ... I have read all of the cases from crown and defence, Ive gone through them all and spared you all of that today, the purpose is how court has approached similar circumstances somewhat similar.

The challenge in this case as in many is there are no case on all 4s to this although similarities to King and Coutts blockade.

A review showed some accused pled guilty, or role lesser, or lesser duration, or planned harm or violence, or weapons.

... while in Sorano, the pig protest, there was a planned break and enter with media in tow which is perhaps more invasive. But is it more invasive or less invasive than targeting an area and not allowing people to access.

The G20 cases are different as including planned violence... against business owners, some wore disguises

Nearly all of the cases this court has referred... albeit trans mountain went on for a long time, but in and of itself the offenders not engaged for whole time...

in case of [] Freedom Convoy lasted approx. 3 weeks. During that entire time Barber and Lich aware of impact. The core effectively held hostage... the difference is Lich and Barber and their broad moderate group could not control all people gathered in Ottawa and both accused tried to alleviate the situation and footprint
