@crazylifeovmine I remember days like that - and I rested if I could. It is all about change and your body and mind are just trying to get used to it (in my opinion). I still have those days, just not as often (especially if you work with people). Just try not to let them add up!!β€οΈπ
@crazylifeovmine Hi Kerry! Congratulations on 203! When I stopped drinking, it was not until about 3 years sober that I stopped smoking. That was the best thing for me. I am day 10208 (alcohol) so I know you can do it! DM me if you want - I am always glad to help!
