He's turning it into V Resort Living. A $400 million gated community with its own mosque, school, halal restaurants, waterpark, golf course, pools, and marketplace.

332 furnished units marketed worldwide to Muslim investors. Everything designed so residents can live, pray, eat, and play without ever stepping into mainstream American life.

The developer runs a Sharia-compliant investment platform and a visa service funneling people into the US. He also operates a retreat in Pennsylvania right next to the Raven Rock Mountain Complex, America's underground continuity-of-government bunker. In Urdu talks he speaks differently. He calls business the next battlefield for Islam and sees projects like this as creating the next wave of Muslim leaders on American soil.

This isn't just another resort. It's a self-contained parallel community built with overseas capital on US land, openly pitched for non-assimilation in the name of faith-based living.

Americans built this country on integration and shared values. Why are we greenlighting massive enclaves that reject exactly that?
