As the UK grapples with the impact of the pandemic and Brexit we're seeing more UK companies looking further afield to explore new trade & investment opportunities and Canada is becoming an increasingly desirable prospect #trade#investment#export#CanUK https://t.co/x8xdWRl7eh
@CBCIndigenous@PaulMcCartney it would be a wonderful thing if you could promote this important cause by the same young artist who covered Blackbird in Mi’kmaw #Beatles https://t.co/rJlmGAcxQv

@StigAbell You can’t be a sober, mask-wearing woman attending a silent vigil in the memory of brutally murdered Sarah Everard without being handcuffed and pinned to the ground by a policeman straddling your back. But you can do this 🤔
@OxfordDiplomat It’s a hate crime and sadly it’s not a new phenomenon, it’s just nowadays there’s more evidence. If these misogynists think it’s socially acceptable to attack young women in public it doesn’t bear thinking about how they behave towards women in private. #believeher
@theJeremyVine Drivers will stop for pedestrians at crossings. Many cyclists (I cycle too) don’t stop at pedestrian crossings and expect pedestrians to give way. Cyclists can kill. I’ve been hit by a cyclist at full speed and knocked over, hitting my head on the road. Had a few near misses too
@MarieAnnUK Do Brits really need reminding which country is home to the British Broadcasting Company? It’s a bit like an American complaining their sport isn’t called American football in the US.
