@Belynda_Jane@Earworx @acn_tweet Thanks Belynda! Charging for our services can feel strange for nurses but what we do is valued and appreciated by our clients ๐
@DrChrisChang Do you still recommend performing valsalva after you have used the spray but before it has trickled past the entrance to the Eustachian tube (in an attempt to โpushโ some of the spray into the Eustachian tube)?
@DrEricLevi what is this? It was removed from an 84yo pt ears during wax removal. He had grommets as a 5yo. Wears hearing aids. Ancient grommet (grates are odd!) or a wax trap? ๐ค๐
@DrEricLevi what do you think this is? Removed from ear of 85yo pt during wax removal. Grommets as a 5yo - doesnโt wear hearing aids. Is this an old grommet (grates look odd) or a wax trap? ๐ค๐
Great article written by a nurse.. I wish there were more stories like this - it makes me pretty proud to be one! ๐ #NursingNowAustralia#NursingNow https://t.co/7SFeA8XCLs
You do not need a CT or X-ray to diagnose a fractured nose.
If the nose is bent after the injury, itโs most likely fractured. Send to a nose surgeon for a manipulation within 2 weeks of injury.
If nose not looking different, leave alone.
We have now finalised our annual @ohnng1 Tassie nursing education day! This year on paediatric ENT Sat 17th August. Retweet to spread the word https://t.co/ETak5rbqw8
