On our way to join Sky Princess . Appalling customer services - no one obviously to meet us at the airport - stumbled across unhelpful rep by accident- others not so lucky ! Taken to hotel far from Orlando airport only to be driven back the same way to board! ! @PrincessCruises
Very disappointed picking up a cake from @OccasionCakesUK . The top was rough and writing spidery and wobbly .The excuse - βwe are not competition standard β ?? They redid it fortunately but very poor it wasnβt checked and excuses rather than accountability. Never go back!!

@SilverSeasShips lots of very unhappy passengers on the Silver Moon cruise now departing 14th Feb . Hotel Package and tour options are totally unacceptable and certainly not βequivalent β to 3 days on the ship π‘This needs to be sorted urgently

Shame on you @CostaCoffee in Manchester Airport Terminal 2 today - refused to give a cup of hot water to warm up a bottle for a hungry baby because we hadnβt bought anything ( just because there was a big queue )
@PrincessCruises disappointing experience trying to book restaurants . We have dining packages for 8 people and no availability near the times we want to eat ! On my husbands 70th birthday ( whole point of this cruise ) all could get was 5.40pm against a request got 8pm ! π‘
