I have a pair of boots that I have only worn twice and have split. I was told I am out of warranty and it is down to wear and tear! Please tell me how this is wear and tear?

I collected my order from your Acton branch yesterday and thought something wasn’t right.
I could smell perfume.
Got home and inside box was a mess.
Perfumes without lids. No proper packaging inside just products thrown in. Leaking products in both boxes!
