@AirtimeRewards is it true that redemption is now capped at £20 a month? If so the rewards I have built up are pretty pointless, there’s nowhere else to redeem them and no point to upgrade to ‘power up’ to get rewards faster.

@Eurostar yesterday’s service inexcusable and you failed to respond to anyone. Lack of meaningful comms, and staff vanished when they could have offered water at least or just been there to talk to passengers. Appalling. Comp doesn’t make up for the experience.
