@Klonick @Hertz I feel your pain! This summer at the @Hertz location in Atlanta, their agent asked me "why I didn't bring someone to help me" with my wheelchair/luggage and "why I brought so much stuff". I complained many times to no response. After 20+ years as a loyal customer, I am out.
