A10 - Nope. It should be an employment expectation. Those who do not uphold the company culture should be asked to leave - buld it in to probation and preformance reveiw. It doesn't hurt to give the whole team treats everyone once in a while either. #startupchats

A9: Most companies we deal don't have this position. One of my colleagues uses a term - each one, teach one. Each new staff member should be welcomed by the owner/leader and be given a team buddy who helps a new hire assimilate, learn the culture #commongood4all
