@jctGaeilge Tá soiléireacht ag teastáil ó lucht na Sraithe Sóisearaí. An méid a baineadh de churaclam na hArdteiste 2021 agus an méid atá fós le clúdach ag lucht na SS 2021. Mothaím go bhfuil dearmad déanta orthu. Tá imní orthu agus iad ag ullmhú dá gcéad scrúdú stáit. #edchatie
I had the news on on @rte plus 1 in the background....@RTE_PrimeTime came on after and my stress levels are through the roof "Why should the government be paying teachers who are not working?" Did he actually just say that?? As I sit here at 11.30pm still working... #cannotdeal
I'm sick of tweeting about education.
But one last one:
If the exams are safe to take place in June/July they should.
It doesn't matter how much they have covered.
@Education_Ire and the SEC should be putting together possible exams taking this lockdown into account.
@JCforTeachers
Could schools please be given some guidance on CBAs.They will take up a huge amount of time if prepared remotely and it will be very deflating for students and teachers if the “school closures” go on longer than anticipated with a CBA hanging over them #JuniorCycle
@JCforTeachers Could schools please be given some guidance on CBAs ASAP. They will take up a huge amount of time if prepared remotely and it will be very deflating for students and teachers if the “school closures” go on longer than anticipated with a CBA presentation hanging over them.
@RobOHanrahan Not to mention teachers who are or become a close contact of a confirmed Covid case and have to isolate for 14 days... a third of the “3 weeks” planned. #LeavingCert2021@NormaFoleyTD1
In relation to Junior Cycle students;
Are CBAs still planned to go ahead?
Will the written exam be altered further, considering they are now facing a fourth month (out of an 18-month syllabus) out of the classroom?
