@LGUKCare appalled with the service. Our glass shelf literally ‘exploded’ on removing it. We were told that it’s not covered regardless of such a fault and issued with a 10% code on Thursday which was valid until 31/12. Tried to use it and It’s expired already! Absolute shambles.
@unitedutilities how many more times should we be expected to have no water? CH63 2 is again without water this morning due to another leak. Earlier in the week it was an electrical fault.
