What an absolutely fantastic training day @UHDBTrust. key trainer manual handling update. Thank you to all of the manual handling team, so well organised, fun, engaging, interesting and educational. So much thought and preparation had clearly gone into it.

Then notes are taken straight to medical secretaries office after clinic completed. Obviously can only comment on this department.
