#pinsgov like the govt it serves, PINS gov hate elderly people! One day whilst out,my father’s neighbours came into his garden, took down his fence and erected a wooden shack with no foundations onto the back of their house. It contravened the 45 rule and blocked out his light

My dad now has to fork out to get a new fence erected, he has no light coming into his property as it breaches the rules, the shack is a fire hazard and despite doing everything asked, he has been told he has no right to appeal the planning inspectorate decision! You should be
