Reminder: Donald Trump was found liable of sexual assault, and is accused by over a dozen women of rape or sexual assault.

As young children absorb the communication customs of their cultures, they become expert not only in the language(s) of their homes, but in the tones, inflections, and gesticulations used by the significant adults in their lives.

Check out this little one - who has already mastered the expressive “vocabulary” of her parents - communicating with both her voice and hands.

Some cultures make greater use of gesture than others.

Researchers believe that the gestures common to native Italian speakers, for example, first emerged as a non-verbal method of communicating across different local dialects.

It’s fascinating to watch.
