Every state with a Democratic legislature and Democratic governor could do this right now — they wouldn’t even need to do a ballot initiative. They could do it RIGHT NOW 👇
This is the best political news I’ve encountered in a very long time — so please pass it on 👇
Each state can limit Citizens United in their own state — and they don’t have to wait for other states to do it.
Our new @RollingStone piece based on our new book MASTER PLAN
Donald Trump will keep trying to invade Illinois with troops — and we will keep defending the sovereignty of our state.
Militarizing our communities against their will is not only un-American but also leads us down a dangerous path for our democracy.
What will come next?
🚨NEWS: @JDVance is quietly spearheading a Supreme Court case to expand Citizens United & eliminate remaining anti-corruption laws in the campaign finance system.
Another case could soon kill off all anti-bribery laws.
A preview of our new book MASTER PLAN in @RollingStone👇
Israeli-American peace activist and negotiator @GershonBaskin told Al Jazeera’s Steve Clemons that he interacts with U.S. Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff “every day” – and has urged the Americans that if they “want this to work, and apparently they want it to work, they’re going to have to be engaged every single day, several times a day, to tell the mediators and… the parties, Israel and Hamas, that both sides are honoring the agreement.”
In this clip, he recounts how the ceasefire was ultimately pushed through – and the role Trump played behind the scenes.

California ground squirrels have been observed evolving their diet due to environmental stress including drought and food scarcity showing a rare case of opportunistic carnivory in a normally herbivorous species.
Even more fascinating: these squirrels have been seen using rattlesnake skin to mask their scent from predators, rubbing it on their fur proof that they’re not just adapting physically, but strategically.
@Rainmaker1973 In this video, a praying mantis is eating a hornet, while another hornet is eating the praying mantis, and ants from below are trying to eat both the praying mantis and the hornet. This video is a perfect example of how the food chain works and how it continues.🤯🤯
California squirrels are eating animals in broad daylight.
In California’s Briones Regional Park, researchers observed that ground squirrels, typically known for eating nuts and seeds, are now hunting, killing, and consuming small animals.

For the last two years anyone who criticized these massacres would be told "tell Hamas to free the hostages then". The hostages are free and the massacres are still happening.
Low carb doesn't always mean better. Eat whole foods and check this site for how to get our USDA nutrition guidelines updated to include ketogenic diets as an option for people with health conditions: https://t.co/ESNjLtb7dq
I have had patients with schizophrenia whose auditory hallucinations were dramatically reduced on a ketogenic diet...
who then saw products like this at the grocery store and decided to "treat themselves."
The hallucinations came back with a vengence within 24 hours.
@JenniBC3 I'm not surprised. I've seen significant problems with erythritol in some of my patients.
All we can do at this point is make associations, and they are likely going to be different for different people.
We have the chance to have a few sentences added to the USDA guidelines that state people with health conditions may benefit from a ketogenic/low-carb diet. Check out this site for how to tell the government we need that stipulation added: https://t.co/ESNjLtbF2Y
Excited to see an entire edition of BMJ Connections Mental Health focused on metabolic dysfunction as a core aspect of mental disorders.
Thanks, @NTFabiano!
