Appalling customer service @ASOS_news been trying to return an item for 2 weeks now. They keep saying they will email a return label in 72 hours. Nothing arrives so I contact again… £223 worth of dresses and unable to get money back. Disgusting!

@TicketmasterUK I have booked tickets to see Sting at Sherwood Forest on Sunday but can no longer attend so have transferred the tickets over to a friend but there’s no option to transfer the parking ticket. I’ve sent messages on the online chat and no response… shocking!!!
