🚨 BREAKING: “PROTECT EDUCATION ACT” FALLS SHORT

Based on the trial court’s ruling in Clark (@ClarkRimsza) v Fontes and county signature validity rates, the union-backed anti-ESA initiative does not have enough valid signatures to qualify for the November ballot.

The numbers:

➡️ Approx. 245,000 valid signatures
➡️ 255,949 required
➡️ More than 10,000 short
➡️ Nearly 70,000 signatures disqualified
➡️ More than $7 million spent by union backers

The @GoldwaterInst led the legal challenge, with the Arizona Free Enterprise Club and other school choice advocates working alongside them to review petitions and identify invalid signatures.

Many of the disqualified signatures were duplicates or were collected by legally ineligible circulators with serious criminal histories.

AZFEC President @ScotMussi said:

“This is a major victory for Arizona parents, students, and the integrity of our elections.”

The unions spent millions trying to dismantle school choice and still failed to collect enough lawful, valid signatures.

Arizona’s election laws apply to everyone.
