@IKEA_France Actually they are not helping! I have called them after every failed delivery and all they do is reschedule, with the same outcome every time. When I asked to speak to a supervisor to help solve the problem I was told that there is none... I really don't know what to do anymore

.@IKEA_France I am furious! My 1000€ kitchen worktop (ordered on 6 Nov) has been rescheduled for delivery 5 times and never arrives. 5 days I had to take off work to be at home for delivery, no show without any message! Ikea, it is your responsibility to sort this out!
