For years, Chinese nationals have photographed sensitive American military assets and avoided full punishment by claiming the pictures are for “personal use.”

China gave the world COVID. Then the Chinese Communist Party directed hackers to steal American COVID research while we were fighting the pandemic.

Yesterday, one of those hackers was extradited to the U.S. to face charges. He’s also linked to a Chinese state-backed group that compromised nearly 13,000 U.S. organizations.

This is one arrest, but China has thousands of hackers on its payroll. Worth remembering as we’re negotiating deals with the same government that did this.

Democrat governors and mayors continue to get away with flouting federal law and face zero consequences for their actions. It's not going to change until real, full, and complete consequences are implemented on every last one of them.

It's not just California. It's Oregon, Washington state, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, New York, New Jersey, all of the New England states.

Every state that has declared itself a sanctuary state that governor and the entire state legislature who vote in favor of those policies should be held accountable and then charged the expense of a federal clean-up. Either in withholding federal funds or an increased federal tax burden on those states.

Then, work your way down from there to local municipalities.

Nothing will change until actual consequences are applied to all of them.
