@Morrisons We are still waiting for a delivery to my vulnerable dad, he can not go out, so a Morrisons Box was perfect solution. However it did not arrive yesterday and no sign of it today. We can't speak to anyone, but the money has been taken. Totally exasperated!

Ordered a Morrisons food box for my vulnerable dad, who can't go out. This was supposed to arrive yesterday. No box has turned up, no updates, no one to talk to, but £35.00 missing. I have been trying to get hold of anybody for information. Appalling customer service.
