@KateCollinsUK @_hollycameron I was so chuffed the other day when my grandson really wanted me to join them for a walk across the fields. Only to discover I was only there to hold the phone and keep an eye on the app so he could focus on using the binoculars to spot the birds we could hear 😂

@Nmozz @theleaduk Such an important post. I experienced this to an extreme which culminated in my Mum being given beef for lunch (she was a Hindu) the day before she died. Luckily I was there to intervene but the care home had to admit that this could have happened previously!
