@LaCroix588@AFpost also, the document she signed is her affirmation in support of her Order to Show Cause, which is basically asking the judge to allow her to prosecute under “Jane Doe”. Signatures are required for Affirmations. If they do not have them, they will be kicked back by NYSCEF.
@LaCroix588@AFpost Redactions must be done by the party themselves as well. Meaning that you must go into the PDF and physically redact the document. If you redact a signature, the clerk/chambers will flag the document and not allow it to be uploaded. Thats why you can see the signature.
@LaCroix588@AFpost Burner acct. when documents are uploaded via NYSCEF they get processed thru the clerk and pushed to the judges chambers. each judges chambers have their own rules in regards to what documents are required to have/show. You cannot fully redact a signature as it invalidates the doc
