@Emma__Whitfield Your persistence with ensuring the government adopt positive changes to dog laws tonight on Wales This Week is incredibly moving. You’re very strong in what you’re doing and I hope @UKParliament listen ♥️

Migrants don't rob the public purse of billions of pounds.
That's super-rich tax dodgers.
Migrants don't drive down wages & jack-up rents.
That's greedy bosses & wealthy landlords.
And migrants don't underfund schools & hospitals.
That's a Tory government working for the 1%.
So Pret baristas will now be earning up to £14.10 an hour.
New NHS doctors - after their 5-year medical degree, whopping £80,000 of student debt, & life & death responsibilities - get paid £14.13 an hour.

This government has decided that WE the taxpayers are going to pay the bills to defend those who began the illegal VIP lane, handing BILLIONS to Tory friends and donors.
But no money for nurses.

• NHS Hospital Canteen: ‘Single Tuna sarnie’ costing £3.00 for nurses, paid for out of their own wage
• Houses of Parliament: ‘Rum banana tarte tatin with rum and raisin ice cream’ for the princely sum of £2.37 for MPs, paid for by you the taxpayer
Nurses’ fight is our fight.
• Tories have announced that the next Prime Minister will be selected by an online ballot of Tory members only.
• Your reminder that Tories made it illegal for workers to hold strike ballots online. Must be done by post only.
An old Etonian former investment banker — who represents a party funded by billionaires and big business — delivered a budget on Friday that hands tax cuts worth billions to the super-rich but does nothing for the poorest.
If that’s not class war, what is?
#EnoughlsEnough
This #MiniBudget embeds unfairness across the UK.
The UK Government should be offering meaningful support to those who need it the most. Instead, they’re giving tax cuts to the rich, bonuses to bankers and protecting the eye-watering profits of energy companies.
I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it a thousand times: The treatment for an ectopic pregnancy, a septic uterus, or a miscarriage that your body won’t release is abortion. If you can’t get those abortions, you die. You. Die.
Messaging matters.
“Omicron is mild” does not mean it can be disregarded.
“Omicron is a milder variant. But it’s far more transmissible and still causes significant symptoms in some people.”
We still have to look out for each other and look after the health system.
